Booking Policy
The booking is secured upon receipt of a 30% deposit and subject to our terms and conditions. Full payment must be made six weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable.
If the booking is made less than six weeks before your arrival date, the full amount will be required.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are unable to take your holiday, our cancellation policy is as follows:
We are unable to offer a refund if you cancel within six weeks of the start of your holiday. However, we will make every effort to rebook the property and if we do, we will refund the rental fee, less the deposit.
For this reason we strongly recommend you investigate holiday insurance to cover any cancellation costs of your holiday.
