Booking Policy
Send an initial booking deposit of 30% or £150, whichever is greater. Full payment must be made 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, the full amount will be required.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are unable to take your holiday, our cancellation Policy is as follows:
- Cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to your holiday - 50% of the initial deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior - the deposit is non-refundable and you will owe nothing more.
- Cancellation less than 6 weeks prior - no refund is possible.
It may be wise to investigate holiday insurance to cover any cancellation costs of your holiday.
